NASA Exhibit Booth Display

This exhibit booth display was designed for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Procurement (OP) booth at the 2022 National Contract Management Association (NCMA) World Congress.

Deliverables: Exhibit booth design

Multiple panels were designed to span a s-curved display that stood in the center of the 20’x20’ exhibit booth. Additional signage and decor were provided by other NASA centers.

For the first set of panels, the Office of Procurement (OP) wanted to highlight their mission and vision statement as well as some images from accomplishments throughout the year; Artemis, the James Webb Telescope, and Orion. OP branding often includes two swooshes coming from the corner of the page, so they were added to the panels in different brand colors to add movement and interest.

The swooshes continue throughout the rest of the panels and frame the content. Below, two panels highlight the name of the office as well as the centers throughout the country. Since the panels were shaped in an s-curve, it was important for OP to have the name of the office of both sides of the display, which is why it is repeated on these wider panels.

In order to contrast the other series of panels, images of space were used throughout.

On the back of the wide panels, an image of space is incorporated into the swooshes and key facts are displayed using the brand colors. Important information and numbers from throughout the fiscal year are highlighted in charts so that they are easy for the viewer to read.
